Marc Ganis is president and co-founder of Jiaflix. With his extraordinary business acumen and expertise in the economics of the deal, Ganis works to secure mutually agreeable terms for Jiaflix clients and the Chinese government. Ganis has vast experience in the capital markets, and sports and entertainment sectors.

He has engineered some of the most visible and valuable sports business transactions in China for more than a decade. He is also co-founder and managing director of Sportscorp Ltd., whose subsidiary Sportscorp China orchestrated Chinese sponsorship and rights distribution deals with the Houston Rockets (NBA) and the New York Yankees (MLB).

Ganis has also helped drive many domestic high-profile transactions and projects including YankeeNets/Yankee Global Enterprises (MLB, NBA, NHL teams and YES Network); the sale of the Chicago Cubs (MLB) and New Orleans Hornets (NBA); National Football League (NFL) team sales, relocations and stadium developments; and more than two dozen sports facility projects, including the new Yankee Stadium, Heinz Field, Toyota Center and Verizon Center.
